​Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order and return purchased items subject to the following conditions and procedures:

​​You may cancel your order before the shipping process has started. A full refund minus a $10 USD handling fee will be given. Please contact us immediately to determine if your order has been shipped.


30-day limited manufacturer warranty from consumer date of receipt for a one-time replacement. This warranty covers defects in materials, integrity of product, premature breakage, and fit and alignment of the cage on the mask. Products must be have been used under normal playing conditions.

All warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser and accompanied by an original receipt from the authorized dealer.

Returns & Exchange Policy


There is a 30% restocking fee for returned made to order products that are not exchanged and are not damaged.

You MUST contact us at within 30 calendar days of receiving your product if you intend to return ANY made to order product. Items returned to us AFTER 30 calendar days and without contacting us, will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

At our sole discretion, we accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days after customer’s receipt of the product. We may offer an exchange for items returned after that period. No refunds will be given for items returned after the aforementioned 30-day period.

Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition. Our definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

without showing signs of wear or damage by the buyer (e.g., scratches, stains, marks, rips, tears, cuts, abrasions, missing pieces, broken parts)
without any modifications or repairs by buyer or third party
not used for an activity other than its stated purpose
returned within 30 calendar days after customer’s receipt of the product
includes written permission from Elite Hockey Players Inc. that you can return product
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. Elite Hockey Players Inc. is not responsible products lost or damaged in the delivery process.

All refunds, returns and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of items once Finngoalie receives them.
